Turn matching orders into one controlled shipment.

The app finds eligible open orders, lets you review the match, and keeps the underlying Shopify orders separate from start to finish.

Find and review

  • Automatically finds open orders for the same customer and shipping address.
  • Uses the matching window and exclusions you configure.
  • Lets you approve matches manually or merge exact matches automatically.
  • Shows the original orders, customer details, address, and items together for review.

Pack and track

  • Creates one shipment view without creating a replacement Shopify order.
  • Prints one packing list for the combined shipment.
  • Lets you remove an order before fulfillment when it should ship separately.
  • Applies one tracking number, carrier, and optional link to every included original order.

Fulfill safely

  • Checks whether Shopify allows every included order to be fulfilled by the app.
  • Fulfills every included order in one action when all checks pass.
  • Fulfills none of the orders in that attempt if Shopify blocks any included order.
  • Can ask Shopify to send one shipping confirmation for each original order.

Important Shopify limitation

Fulfillment depends on each order’s assignment.

Some orders assigned to third-party fulfillment services or unsupported Shopify locations may not be fulfillable through Merge Orders.

The app checks every included order before making changes. If Shopify blocks any order, none of the orders in that shipment are fulfilled by the app. You can fulfill the affected order directly in Shopify or reassign it to a supported merchant-managed location, then try again.

Frequently asked questions

Does FP1 - Merge Orders financially combine my Shopify orders?

No. Every original Shopify order, payment, and total stays unchanged. The app groups the orders only for shipment review, packing, tracking, and supported fulfillment.

How are matching orders found?

The app finds open orders for the same customer and shipping address within the matching window you configure. You can review matches manually or automatically merge exact matches.

What happens to tracking and shipping emails?

Enter tracking once for the combined shipment. Shopify applies those tracking details to every included original order. When customer notifications are enabled, Shopify sends a shipping confirmation for each original order.

Why can’t Merge Orders fulfill one of my orders?

Shopify may prevent apps from fulfilling orders assigned to certain third-party fulfillment services or locations. Merge Orders checks the entire shipment first and fulfills none of the orders if any included order is blocked. Fulfill the affected order in Shopify or move it to a supported merchant-managed location before retrying.

Can I remove an order before shipping?

Yes. Review the shipment and remove an included order before fulfillment when it should ship separately.

How does Merge Orders pricing work?

The Free plan includes 10 merged shipments per calendar month. Unlimited costs $7.99 USD every 30 days and removes the monthly merge limit. Paid billing is handled by Shopify.
