The app finds matching orders, lets you review them, and keeps the original Shopify orders separate.
Before you fulfill
An order may be on hold, scheduled for later, or handled by another fulfillment service. Merge Orders shows the problem and waits until the order can be fulfilled.
Orders using more than one Shopify location can work when the app can fulfill each part. The app uses the same tracking details for those Shopify fulfillments.

Both plans include the same matching, packing-list, tracking, and supported fulfillment workflow.
Questions before installing
No. The original Shopify orders stay separate. Payments and totals are not combined. The app groups the orders for shipping.
The app finds open, unfulfilled orders for the same customer and shipping address within the matching window you choose. You can review matches or automatically group exact matches.
Enter tracking once in Merge Orders. When you fulfill through the app, it uses those tracking details for the Shopify fulfillments it creates. If you choose customer notifications, Shopify is asked to send a shipping confirmation for each order.
Shopify may stop the app from fulfilling an order that is on hold, scheduled for later, or handled by another fulfillment service. Merge Orders shows the problem. Fix it in Shopify, then refresh and try again.
For a group of three or more orders, you can remove one before fulfillment starts. For a two-order group, undo the group instead.
The Free plan includes 10 merged shipments total and needs no billing approval. Choose Upgrade to Unlimited in the app when you need more; Unlimited is $7.99 USD every 30 days. If you later choose Cancel Unlimited, future billing stops. Unlimited remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, then your plan returns to Free. There is no partial refund for unused time in the current paid period, and previously used Free shipments remain counted.
