1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of any Shopify app developed by Fixpoint One (collectively, the “Apps”). By installing or using a Fixpoint One app with your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms.
Current app pages: FP1 - Cart Shipping Calculator, FP1 - Duplicate Order Check, FP1 - Postcode Shipping Guard, FP1 - Hide Payment Methods, and FP1 - Merge Orders. For implementation help, visit Support.
2. Access and Eligibility
You must have a valid Shopify store and comply with Shopify’s terms. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Billing, Free Access, and Plans
Free plans. Every current Fixpoint One app has a Free plan. FP1 - Cart Shipping Calculator includes 40 successful shipping calculations; FP1 - Duplicate Order Check includes 40 unique orders monitored; FP1 - Postcode Shipping Guard includes 1 active postcode rule with no time limit; FP1 - Hide Payment Methods includes 1 active payment rule with no time limit; and FP1 - Merge Orders includes 10 merged shipments total.
Unlimited plans. Cart Shipping Calculator, Duplicate Order Check, and Hide Payment Methods are $4.99 USD every 30 days for Unlimited. Postcode Shipping Guard is $5.99 USD every 30 days for Unlimited. Merge Orders is $7.99 USD every 30 days for Unlimited. Paid access and recurring charges are approved and managed through Shopify.
Cancelling Unlimited. Choose Cancel Unlimited from Plan and billing. Future billing stops. Unlimited remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, then the App returns to Free. There is no partial refund for unused time in the current paid period. For Merge Orders, Cart Shipping Calculator, and Duplicate Order Check, Free usage already used remains counted. Hide Payment Methods may ask you to choose the one payment rule that will remain active on Free. Postcode Shipping Guard keeps extra saved rules, but Free allows only 1 active postcode rule after Unlimited ends.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse our apps or attempt to interfere with their operation. You’re responsible for your store’s configuration and compliance with applicable laws.
5. Data and Privacy
Fixpoint One apps are designed to minimize data collection. For details, see the Privacy Policy. We support Shopify’s required privacy and data request processes.
6. Uninstall and Termination
You can uninstall any Fixpoint One app at any time from your Shopify Admin. Uninstalling removes app access and stops future app billing under Shopify’s billing terms. Cancelling Unlimited is different: the App remains installed and Unlimited continues through the current paid billing period before Free resumes. We may terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All Fixpoint One apps, their code, and branding are owned by Fixpoint One. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use our apps with your Shopify store.
"Shopify" and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. Fixpoint One is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
8. Disclaimers
Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all themes, or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixpoint One is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of any Fixpoint One app.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction.
