Checkout delivery rulesFP1 - Postcode Shipping GuardRules are not blocking—or they are blocking too much.Open guide
Start here

Set up and test one rule.

  1. Free includes 1 active postcode rule with no time limit. Upgrade to Unlimited only when you need more than one active rule.
  2. Open Apps → FP1 - Postcode Shipping Guard.
  3. Add a full code such as SW1A 1AA, or a prefix ending in * such as SW1A*.
  4. Use the country filter only when the rule should apply to one country.
  5. Save, then test one blocked code and one allowed code at checkout.
  6. Optional: under Cart notice, click Add cart notice to theme, then click Save in the Theme Editor. If the notice is already installed, the app shows Open cart theme editor instead.
Common fixes

Check rule scope first.

  • Spaces are ignored, so SW1A 1AA matches SW1A1AA.
  • A shorter prefix blocks a larger area. SW* is much broader than SW1A*.
  • Confirm the country filter uses the correct code, or leave it unset while testing.
  • The optional cart notice is separate from checkout blocking. Use Add cart notice to theme in Settings, or follow the manual Cart-template steps if the shortcut is unavailable.
Send support

Give us two examples.

  • One code that should be blocked.
  • One code that should be allowed.
  • The country being tested.
  • A screenshot of the saved rule.
Cart shipping estimatesFP1 - Cart Shipping CalculatorThe widget is missing—or no rates are returned.Open guide
Start here

Enable the widget and test it.

  1. The first 40 successful shipping calculations are included free and do not expire. The app shows a usage counter so you can see what remains.
  2. Choose the readability size and optional location estimate in Settings.
  3. In Settings, click Enable Cart Shipping Widget, then click Save in the Theme Editor.
  4. If the shortcut is unavailable, go to Online Store → Themes → Edit theme → App embeds and enable Cart Shipping Widget manually.
  5. Add a shippable item to the cart and test a destination your store serves.
Common fixes

Compare with checkout.

  • Check that free usage remains or the Unlimited subscription is active, and make sure the cart contains an item.
  • Confirm the app embed remains enabled after theme changes.
  • A missing country usually means it is not included in Shopify shipping zones.
  • If checkout also returns no rates, the issue is in the store’s Shopify shipping setup.
Send support

Send the exact destination.

  • Country and province/state.
  • Postal code or ZIP code.
  • One item currently in the cart.
  • A screenshot of the widget result.
Checkout payment rulesFP1 - Hide Payment MethodsA rule is not matching—or a payment method is unchanged.Open guide
Start here

Test one rule at checkout.

  1. Free includes 1 active payment rule with no time limit. No billing approval is needed. Upgrade to Unlimited only if you need more than one active rule.
  2. Create a rule with one action, one payment method, and one condition.
  3. Choose Always, Shipping country, or Order value and confirm the selected values match your test checkout.
  4. Test checkout with the exact payment method you are targeting.
Common fixes

Check the saved rule and Shopify limitations.

  • Confirm checkout rules and the saved rule are enabled.
  • For Shipping country, confirm the selected country and whether the rule applies only there or everywhere except there.
  • For Order value, confirm the at-least or at-most operator and the store-currency amount.
  • Shopify may limit customization of some card and express checkout methods depending on store plan and region.
Send support

Send the rule and checkout example.

  • The selected action and payment method.
  • The condition and selected country or order value, when used.
  • The exact checkout result you expected and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot of the saved rule and checkout.
Order risk monitoringFP1 - Duplicate Order CheckA duplicate, shipping-risk, or stuck-order issue needs review.Open guide
Start here

Review the issue on Home.

  1. The first 40 unique orders monitored are Free. The app shows how many remain. Upgrade to Unlimited only when you need more.
  2. Open Apps → FP1 - Duplicate Order Check.
  3. Under Orders needing attention, open the affected Shopify order or orders.
  4. Confirm the relevant check is enabled in Settings: Duplicate orders, refunded or cancelled orders that may still ship, or Stuck orders.
  5. After review, choose Resolved. For a legitimate duplicate match, choose Not a duplicate.
Common fixes

Check the issue type and settings.

  • Checks run automatically; no special setup is required.
  • Possible duplicates are flagged only when several details line up, including related cart or checkout information, matching items and quantities, matching total and currency, and close timing. Matching totals alone are not enough.
  • A shipping-risk issue means a refunded or cancelled order still looks like it may be shipped in Shopify.
  • Stuck-order delays can be set to 12 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 7 days, or 14 days.
  • Email alerts are optional. Issues still appear on Home when email is off.
Send support

Send one clear issue example.

  • Your .myshopify.com store domain.
  • The issue type and affected order number or numbers.
  • A screenshot with sensitive customer details hidden.
  • Your enabled checks, stuck-order delay, or email setting if relevant.
Combined order shipmentsFP1 - Merge OrdersOrders match, but fulfillment needs review.Open guide
Start here

Review the shipment before fulfillment.

  1. Free includes 10 merged shipments total. Upgrade to Unlimited only when you need more.
  2. Use open, unfulfilled orders for the same customer and shipping address.
  3. Choose manual review or automatic exact matching in Settings.
  4. Review every included order and remove any order that should ship separately.
  5. Print the combined packing list, then add one tracking number for the shipment if available.
  6. Fulfill the shipment when every included order shows ready to fulfill in Merge Orders.
Common fixes

Check the fulfillment assignment.

  • If orders do not match, compare the customer, shipping address, open status, and matching window.
  • Holds, scheduled fulfillment, or fulfillment controlled by another service can require action before Merge Orders can fulfill the shipment.
  • Orders split across multiple fulfillable Shopify locations are supported and use the same tracking details.
  • Merge Orders checks every included order before fulfillment starts. If any order is blocked, nothing is fulfilled in that attempt.
  • Follow the action shown for each flagged order, then refresh and retry when every included order is ready.
Send support

Send the blocked shipment details.

  • Your .myshopify.com store domain.
  • The included order numbers.
  • The exact error message or a screenshot with customer details hidden.
  • The Shopify location or fulfillment-service name shown on each affected order.

Other help

Billing, privacy, and general questions.

These answers apply across every Fixpoint One app.

Billing and cancellationFree plans, Unlimited plans, cancelling, Shopify billing, and uninstalling.

Every Fixpoint One app has a Free plan. Shopify billing approval is required only when you choose Unlimited.

  • Cart Shipping Calculator: 40 successful shipping calculations free; Unlimited is $4.99 USD every 30 days.
  • Duplicate Order Check: 40 unique orders monitored free; Unlimited is $4.99 USD every 30 days.
  • Postcode Shipping Guard: 1 active postcode rule free with no time limit; Unlimited is $5.99 USD every 30 days.
  • Hide Payment Methods: 1 active payment rule free with no time limit; Unlimited is $4.99 USD every 30 days.
  • Merge Orders: 10 merged shipments free; Unlimited is $7.99 USD every 30 days.

Cancelling Unlimited: open Plan and billing in the app and choose Cancel Unlimited. Future billing stops. Unlimited remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, then your plan returns to Free. There is no partial refund for unused time in the current paid period.

For Merge Orders, Cart Shipping Calculator, and Duplicate Order Check, Free usage already used remains counted; upgrading or cancelling Unlimited does not reset it. Hide Payment Methods asks which one payment rule should remain active on Free if more than one is active; extra rules stay saved. Postcode Shipping Guard keeps extra saved postcode rules, but Free allows 1 active rule after Unlimited ends.

Uninstalling is different from cancelling Unlimited: uninstalling removes app access and stops future app charges under Shopify’s billing terms because the app is no longer installed.

Privacy and safe supportWhat to send—and what never to send.

Do not send passwords, staff account credentials, payment card details, customer passwords, or full customer records. A store domain, screenshot with sensitive details hidden, and one precise example are normally enough.
