These Terms govern your use of any Shopify app developed by Fixpoint One (collectively, the “Apps”). By installing or using a Fixpoint One app with your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms.
You must have a valid Shopify store and comply with Shopify’s terms. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Billing is handled through the Shopify Billing API. Any free trial begins only after you approve the charge in Shopify. After the trial ends, recurring charges apply unless you uninstall the app or cancel the subscription within Shopify Admin.
Do not misuse our apps or attempt to interfere with their operation. You’re responsible for your store’s configuration and compliance with applicable laws.
Fixpoint One apps are designed to minimize data collection. For details, see the Privacy Policy. We implement Shopify’s required GDPR uninstall and data request endpoints.
You can uninstall any Fixpoint One app at any time from your Shopify Admin. Uninstalling stops future billing as per Shopify’s billing terms. We may terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
All Fixpoint One apps, their code, and branding are owned by Fixpoint One. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use our apps with your Shopify store.
Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all themes, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixpoint One is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of any Fixpoint One app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction.
