Who we are

Fixpoint One develops Shopify apps based in Canada.

What our apps do

Our apps integrate with Shopify to provide storefront and admin features. Functionality varies by app; details for each app are provided on its listing and documentation.

Data handling

• We design our apps to minimize data collection. No customer PII is persisted unless explicitly required for a feature and disclosed in that app’s description.
• When applicable (e.g., shipping rate lookups), postal/ZIP values are used transiently to request rates and are not stored after use.
• We do not store or share IP addresses. If Geo-IP is used, it is only to estimate region via a secure proxy and is not persisted.

GDPR compliance

We implement Shopify’s required GDPR endpoints: customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. We also handle app/uninstalled to remove shop data and configuration. We do not store customer personal data; Shopify handles customer access/deletion via its privacy tools and notifies our app through GDPR webhooks.
